Robert Wesley Cox

Robert Wesley Cox, 76, of Heber Springs, Ark., formerly of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012. Robert was born in Lexington, Miss., to the late Frank and Lorena Cox. He was a 20 year U.S. Air Force Veteran and also worked for Arkansas Highway Department for 22 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alberta; his parents and four brothers. Survived by one daughter, Linda Bright and her husband, Martin; two grandchildren, Daniel and Hannah Bright; three sisters, Bernice Shumate of Tchula, Miss., Sara Patterson of Jackson, Miss., and Polly Harris of Vicksburg, Miss. brother, Mack Cox of Terry, Miss., also other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Ark. 72209 (501) 455-5800. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park with full military honors. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
