Mrs. Nettie Ray Dishongh, 93, died Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Limestone Health Facility. Born April 8, 1919 in Waco, Texas, she was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Athens and The Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors: Daughters, Frances Allen, Blairsville, Ga., Laura Harrell, Athens, Ala., grandchildren; Alexander Turner, Atlanta, Ga., John Harrel IV, Durham N.C., Katrina Blaha, Huntsville, Ala., great-grandchildren; Rosalynn Turner, Tristan Turner, John Harrel V.
