Ila Gene Workman Green

Ila Gene Workman Green, 95, of Star City, died Saturday December 15, 2012 at her home. She was born June 24, 1917 in Kingsland to the Late Eugene and Mattie Easterling Workman. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Star City and was a retired inventory clerk at Levi-Strauss. Also preceding her in death were her husband; Manuel Green, three brothers; Clyde Workman, Craven Workman, and Wiley Workman, and one sister; Rosalee Pullam. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, at First Baptist Church of Star City. Brother Bill Berry will officiate. There will be no visitation.
