Carolyn Ann Cook

Carolyn Ann Cook, age 73, of Ward, passed away Dec. 25, 2012, at her home. She was born Sept. 15, 1939, in Brasfield, to the late Lester and Madge Washam Miller also proceeded in death by brother, Charles David Miller. Survived by her husband Jewel Cook of Ward, daughter Sybil Joann Cook of Ward, sons Charles David Miller of Ward, Robert Earl Cook of Ward sister Louise Wittle of Hazen, Va., Howard of Murfreesboro, Edith Ann Thomas of Biscoe, brothers Hershel Miller of Millington, Tenn. James Miller of Biscoe, Lester Miller of Lonoke, Cecil Miller of Biscoe, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
