Helen Ophelia McKinzie-Riley, 86, of Conway, passed away, Thursday, January 5, 2012. She was born Wednesday, June 10, 1925 in Cornith, Arkansas to the late James W. and Ester Ophelia (Turner) Ethridge. Mrs. Riley loved taking care of her family, music, flowers, dancing and going to yard sales. One of her great passions was NASCAR which she watch often. Mrs. Riley was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Conway. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donally David Riley; two daughters, Francis Loudermild and Lorine Smith; and 16 brothers and sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Danny McKinzie (Terry) of Malvern; daughters, Audrey Smith (Gene) of Benton, Esther Moon (Gary) of Victorville, California, Barbara Taylor of Conway, Dorothy Ipock of Bryant, Jimmie Rayfield (Gary) of Conway, Eva Vermillion (Joe) of Conway, Ronda McKinzie of California and Clorissa McKinzie of Conway; brother, Robert Ethridge (Betty) of Beebe; 37 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; 17+ great-great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service will be Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church in Conway with Rev. David Hoffman officiating. Interment will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Little Rock National Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home-Conway (%01) 327-7727.
