Lola Marie Beaty

Lola Marie Stark Beaty, 92, of Searcy died Thursday, Jan 5, 2012. She was the youngest of five children born to Albert Dee and Lucy Jane Bittle Stark on Dec. 2, 1919, in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Hassell and Merrell Stark; two sisters, Helen Todd and Thelma Coles; her husband of 52 years, Orville G. Beaty. She was a resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for many years. While she was there she was member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church and worked as a secretary at John Adams Elementary School for 18 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Searcy. She is survived by her only child and daughter, Mary Jane Johnson and husband Ricky, of Searcy; her grandsons, Ryan L. Johnson (Emily) and Joshua B. Johnson, both of Little Rock; her great-granddaughter, Audrey Jane Johnson. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, January 8th, 2012, at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home of Searcy. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, January 9th at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens in Heber Springs with Bro. David Crouch officiating. We are so thankful for the wonderful healthcare workers at Byrd Haven Nursing Home and White County Memorial Hospital. The love they have for their job is evident in the care the patient receives.
