Rachel Gower, 87, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Monday, Jan. 9, 2012. Services Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Pollard. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of arrangements.
