Ira Lee Burks Jr. "I Roc", 40, of Little Rock, Ark. passed peacefully on Jan. 18, 2012. His loving survivors include wife, Regina Burks; two daughters, Kerrionna Burks and Mylazshia Waits; one son, Da'Marcus Givens; father, Ira Sr. and Sandra Burks; two sisters, Natonya Taylor and Jahanelle Ross; one brother, Patrick Turner and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
