Waunetta Engelkes Bennett

Waunetta Engelkes Bennett, widow of William Byron Bennett, died Sunday. Survivors are son, William Bennett (Marie) of Monroe, La.; daughter, Sue Barger (Larry) of Pearl River, La.; grandchildren, Loren Carpenter (Jason) of Grapevine, Texas, Brandon Barger of Pearl River, La., and Russell Bennett (Kristta) of Oakland, N.J.; siblings, Edna Neukam (Henry), Ethel Scroggins, and Kenneth (Pickle) Engelkes (Myrtie), all of Arkansas County; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Funeral services are 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at Grand Prairie Church with burial in Lone Tree Cemetery. Visitation is 5-6:30 p.m., Tuesday at Turpin Funeral Home.
