Charles D. Richards

Charles D. Richards, 69, of England, Ark, born August 16, 1942 in England to Ike and Elsie Richards, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in England. He was retired from Remington. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ike Richards Jr. and Billy Joe Richards; and mother and father-in-law, Doyle and Mona Pettit. Charles is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jo Ann Richards; and two sons, Charles David Richards of England, and Carrol (Kim) Richards of Stuttgart. He is also survived by one sister, Mary Ruth Watson of England; and five grandchildren, Abby, Megan, Alyssa, Chelsea, and Chance Richards, all of Stuttgart. Pallbearers will be nephews, Ronnie Pettit, Leonard Pettit, Randy Pettit, Kevin Pettit, Doug Pettit, Jarod Pettit, Greg Pettit, and Kendall Richards. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, at Landmark Baptist Church, England, Ark. Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30, 2012, at the church.
