Virginia V. Whiteside

Virginia V. Whiteside, 97, of Rogers, formerly of Wilson, entered into rest Saturday, January 28, 2012 in Rogers. Born January 30, 1914 in Mooreville, Miss. to the late Benjamin F. and Lovdie Mullins, she was a Member of First United Methodist Church in Wilson and a retired postal worker. She is survived by her son: James Rudolph Whiteside (June) of De Valls Bluff, Ark.; one daughter: Victoria Whiteside May of Bella Vista, Ark.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Gerald Whiteside and two brothers: Farrel and J.B. Mullins. Visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home from 1-2 p.m., Tuesday, January 31, 2012 followed by a 2 p.m., funeral service.
