Margaret Osborne Sims

Margaret Osborne Sims, 81, of McGehee, AR passed away Monday April 30, 2012. She was born to the late Roy and Annie Belle Henry Osborne on November 25, 1930 in McArthur, Ark. She loved to bake cakes, pies, and make jelly. Mrs. Sims loved her family, church, and Sunday school class. She also looked forward to Monday night family get togethers. Mrs. Sims is preceded in death by her husband, Agie Sims, a son Gary Sims, and two brothers, Jimmy and Jerry Osborne. She is survived by two sons Mike Sims of McGehee, Ark. and Chris (Cindy) Sims of McArthur Ark., two grandchildren, Shane (Brooke) Sims and Justin Sims, one great-grandchild Autumn. Funeral Services will be held at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Chapel, 10 a.m., Thursday, May 3, 2012 with Dr. Ed Balducci officiating. Burial will follow in McGehee Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday May 2, 2012 at Griffin-Culpepper Chapel. Pallbearers are: Jimmy Davis, Andy Gill, Brad Sims, Blake Sims, Jim White, Britt Pierce, and Mike Box.
