William "Billy" Frank Bergman

William "Billy" Frank Bergman, 55, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012 at his home. He was born July 2, 1956 in Little Rock, Arkansas to John Carl and Mary Rebecca Layne Bergman. Billy loved his family. He enjoyed spending time with them fishing, riding motorcycles and helping out at the motorcycle race track. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and graduated from Catholic High. He earned his degree from ITT Tech. For ten years he worked for AT&T, he then worked for the City of Sherwood. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Frank and Matilda Bergman and John and Esther Layne. Cherishing his memory are his daughter, Diana Connell (Jason) of Little Rock; mother, Mary Rebecca Bergman; Sisters, Patty Commerford (Joe) of Huntsville, Arkansas, Carolyn Stewart (Danny) of Germantown, Tennessee, Mary Kay Cashion (Paul) of Lake Village, Arkansas; grandson, Robin "Liam" Connell; and a host of other relatives and special friends. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Saturday May 5, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr. Tom Elliot officiating.
