Charles Anthony (Tony) Blevins

Charles Anthony (Tony) Blevins, 53, of Combs, Ark., departed this life on May 5, 2012 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. Tony was born on Aug. 31, 1958 in Fayetteville, Ark. to Charles Wayne Blevins and Carolyn Robbins Blevins. He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Blevins Whitaker of Ozark, Ark.; his son, Casey Blevins (Kelsi) of Elkins, Ark. and his daughter, Catie Blevins Stephens of Combs; two sisters, Judy Blevins of Little Rock, Ark. and Cathy Baker (John) of Siloam Springs, Ark. Four grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012 at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at the Combs Baptist Church in Combs with Pastor Jim Clayton officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Crosses under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Willard Walker Hospice Home, 325 E.
