Kreszentia "Sandy" Mann-Smith

Kreszentia A. (Sandy) Mann-Smith, 84, passed away on May 8, 2012. She was born on December 5, 1927 in Augsburg, Germany to Karl and Kreszentia Brucker. A longtime resident of North Little Rock, Sandy moved to the United States in 1952. She retired from Hillhaven Nursing Home as Office Manager in 1985. Sandy was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in North Little Rock. She was a charter member of the German-American Club as well as a member of Big Rock AARP Chapter 1615. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Robert A Mann, Jr., brother Karl Brucker and two infant children Harry and Ingrid. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Walter Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Helmut and Renate Brucker of Haimhausen, Germany; sister-in-law, Centa Brucker of Augsburg, Germany; her three sons, Karl (Renee) Mann, Larry (Pamela) Mann and Mark Mann all of North Little Rock; her grandchildren, Jeffery (Stephanie) Mann and Allison (James) Farish of Alexander and Sheika (George) Rowell of Sherwood; her great-grandchildren, Robbie and Tommy Mann, Grayson Rowell and Erin Farish as well as a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 12th, at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy. 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas 72002 (501) 455-1067.
