Norman Riley Weatherley

Norman Riley Weatherley, 79, of Stuttgart passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, at Baptist Health-North Little Rock. Mr. Weatherley was born Nov. 16, 1932, in Des Arc to Zar and Nora Weatherley. He was a retired firefighter and Baptist. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Weatherley. Survivors are his daughter, Piper Herring and husband Terry of Humnoke; one grandson, Josh Herring; one great-grandson, Jagger Herring; one brother, Billy Joe Weatherley of Saginaw, Texas; and two sisters, Loretta Barger and Linda Weatherley, both of Topeka, Kan. Funeral services, officiated by Bro. Roy Matlock, are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Turpin Funeral Home chapel with burial in Lone Tree Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday at Turpin Funeral Home.
