He is survived by his wife Lorene Latner; children Christine, and Tim Fugatt; siblings Dorothy Lee Smith, Dean Fugatt, Gene Fugatt, Stella Russell, Terry Fugatt, Ricky Fugatt, Connie Adams and Kathy Arnold; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-children.
