Our loving mother, Betty L. (Dillaha) Welsh formerly of Greenbrier and Conway, passed away May 11, 2012, with her family by her side after a long courageous battle with cancer. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, William and Pearl Dillaha; brothers, Clennon and Bill Dillaha; son, Butch Welsh; and her loving husband of 34 years, Clarence Raymond Welsh Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Pam (Tom) Holt; son, William Welsh; daughter, Ginnie (Alex) Kameenui; grandchildren, Pat Holt, Candy Wilson, Alicia Gurtler, Ashley Pham, Andy Kameenui, Amber Kameenui and Zack Welsh; one great-grandchild, Tyler Wilson. Betty will be missed by many, especially her bowling friends at Hurlburt, whom she loved dearly. Betty will be laid to rest with her husband, Ray, at Barrancas National Cemetery on June 5th which would have been their 50th wedding anniversary. The family will be having a Celebration of Life gathering for Betty on June 3rd from 2 to 5 p.m. At the Moose Lodge, at 215 Greenacres Road, Fort Walton Beach. Everyone that knew our mother is welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty's memory to the American Cancer Society.
