Jon William Hilburn

Jon William Hilburn, age 9, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center.Jon was born July 20, 2003, in Texarkana, Texas to Willy and Amanda McClendon Hilburn. Jon loved baseball, riding four wheelers, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends. Jon is preceded in death by his grandmother: Evelyn Smith McClendon. Jon is survived by his parents. Brothers:Miles and Will Hilburn of Lewisville, Ark. Grandparent's: Johnny and wife Martha McClendon of Lewisville, Ark., Martha Hilburn of Stamps, Ark., and Coy Hilburn and wife Janice of Town Creek, Ala. Uncles: Keith and wife Beverly Matheny of Longview, Texas, Damon Mathney of Longview, Texas, and Tad and wife Shannon Hilburn of Springhill, Ark. Aunts: Allessa Hilburn of Stamps, Ark. Cousins: Cody, Haley, and Daniel Mathney.Chase, and Remington Hilburn, Kenzie Ray, and Mica Mathney. And a host of other family and friends. Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday Sept. 5, 2012, at the 1 United Methodist Church in Lewisville, Ark. with Rev. Ron Eldridge officiating, with burial in the Shiloh Cemetery in Buckner. Under the Direction of the A.O. Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, Ark. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 4, 2012, at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel, in Stamps, Arkansas.
