PEGGY JOYCE WILLIAMS, 65, of Little Rock, Ark., went home to be with her father on Aug. 30, 2012. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, 11 a.m., at St Paul Baptist Church, 2603 Commerce Street, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Elmlawn Cemetery.
