Mary Anna Steele

Mary Anna Steele, age 89, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away Friday September 7, 2012. Mary Ann was born October 23, 1922 in Sheridan, Arkansas to the late Daniel and Minnie (Reynolds) Atchley. Mary Anna was a member of First Baptist Church Bryant, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carroll Leon Steele, two brothers; James Carthal "Bill" Atchley, and Audrey "Jack" Otis Atchley. Mary Anna is survived by one son; Danny W. Steele and his wife Linda of Bryant, Arkansas, two grandchildren; Danya Steele of Bryant, Arkansas and Brant Steele and his wife Sha of Benton, Arkansas, one great-grandson; Braylon Steele of Benton, Arkansas, one brother; William Alphis "Sam" Atchley and his wife Lillian of Flint Michigan, and a host of other family and friends that will miss her dearly. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Buie Funeral Home Sheridan, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 10, 2012 at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Buie Funeral Home Sheridan, Arkansas with the Rev. Phillip Miller and Rev. John Owen officiating. Interment will follow at Lost Creek Cemetery, Sheridan, Arkansas. The family would like to give a special thanks to the caregivers of the Mt.
