Virginia Gayle Huchingson

Virginia Gayle Huchingson, 60, of West Memphis, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Methodist University Hospital. She was born June 27, 1952 to Harrison Casto and Edna Rhea Casto. Gayle graduated from Marion High School in 1970 where she demonstrated her school spirit as a Spartans Cheerleader. She spent the next 40 years until July of 2012 working for the Federal Government through the Social Security Administration in a variety of offices in West Memphis and Forrest City. For her efforts with the Social Security Administration she was highly recognized with numerous local, regional and national awards. She is survived by her husband, Charlie Huchingson of West Memphis; son, Rod Brigman of West Memphis; brother, Gary "Corky" Casto of Olive Branch; step-daughter, Amanda Payne; grandchildren, Maylei Brigman, Trey Brigman, Kristen Hutchingson, Jamin Huchingson, Chase Huchingson, Holland Payne and Jordan Payne; niece, Rachel Casto Sayger; nephews; Kyle Casto, Christopher Casto and Daniel Casto and a whole host of family and friends. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and loyal friend and co-worker.
