Frances Maurine Cook

FRANCES MAURINE COOK, 83, of Alexander, passed away Sept. 13, 2012. She was born in Birta, Ark. to Babe and Zetta Moreland Strait. Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her husband of 65 years, William Russell Cook; son, William Russell Cook Jr. of Mena; daughter, Vivian Ann Fritts (Douglas) of Jacksonville; and two grandchildren, Marie Fritts and Jimmy Cook. Visitation will be Monday evening, Sept. 17 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
