Mrs. Ivy Lee Whitmore-Briggs of Pine Bluff, formerly of Dumas, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2012. Funeral will be Saturday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Dumas with Rev. Rod Sowers officiating.
