Rue Lyle Martin

Rue Lyle "Marty" Martin, 73, of Jacksonville went to Heaven on Friday, September 21, 2012. Marty was born to the late Ralph S. and Mattie G. Crain Martin in Okmulgee, Okla. Marty spent his entire life serving his country he joined the U. S. Air Force in August 1960 and retired in December 1983. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and served his country well. After his retirement he worked at Little Rock AFB, Ark. in the 314 SFS Reports and Analysis until he retired in July 2003. He is survived by wife, Sunee Martin; daughter, Melinda Barnes (Gregory); two grandchildren, Andrew and Jason Barnes; two sisters, Marcia Brown (John) and Nancy Perea (Rocky) ; and a host of other family and friends. Marty will be missed by all who knew and loved him. "Daddy I loved you too much to."
