Lee Sherman Beene

Lee Sherman Beene, 49, of Enola, went to be with his Lord on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012. He was born Thursday, Aug. 22, 1963 in Conway, Ark. to Ronnie Sherman and Mary Margaret (Wimberly) Beene. He was a graduate of Conway High School in 1981, a construction worker for Dayco Construction Company of Damascus and of the Church of Christ faith. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Tobe and Edna Faye (Nixon) Wimberly and his paternal grandfather, Amos Beene. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Ronnie and Mary Beene of Enola; his paternal grandmother, Blanche Beene Woodall of Greenbrier and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, 6-8 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway, (501)327-7727. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 in the funeral home chapel with Keith Sharp officiating. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
