Edna (Bobbie) Heller, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away July 15, 2013, at her home, with family and friends at her bedside. She was born Aug. 25, 1934, in Buckville, Ark. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Gertie Mayberry. Bobbie lived a full and productive life as a wife, mother, and business woman. She and Fred Heller raised two sons, Barry and Lynn, and established and managed a successful electrical contracting business and a general contracting business. Bobbie is survived by two sons, Barry Heller (Elizabeth) and Lynn Heller (Janis); one granddaughter, Jessica Heller; three grandsons, Blake Heller (Saundra), Patrick Nolen (Amber), Steven Nolen (Summer); one great-granddaughter, Samantha Keith; and two great-grandsons, Lain Nolen, Ethan Heller. The family wishes to thank Drs. Randy Hill, Don Bodeman, Jeffrey Tauth, and their staff for the years of care they provided. Also, the efforts and care provided by the staff of Hospice Home Health and by personal caregivers Tammy Dodd, Amber Smith, Denise Smith, and Melanie Cross are deeply appreciated. Words cannot express the heartfelt appreciation we have for close friends, Tom and Shirley Horn and Emma Jean Smith for their daily help and vigil. A memorial service will be held at Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel, August 10, at 10 am. Emma Smith and Roger Moreland will deliver the eulogy. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in Bobbie's name. An informal gathering for friends and family will be held after the Memorial Service in the DeSoto Room at the Austin Hotel from 11:15 to 2:15. Arrangements are by Hot Springs Funeral Home.
