JAKE STEVEN RACKLEY, 26, of Jacksonville died Friday, July 26, 2013. He was born Dec. 29, 1986 to Brenda Pope Rackley and the late, Larry Rackley. Jake was a good husband, father and friend who was ambitious, independent and never met a stranger. Mr. Rackley is survived by his wife, Valina Laabs Rackley; children, Charles Ray Rackley of Conway, Natalie Lynn Rackley and Mackenzie Annabelle Rackley, both of Jacksonville and step-son, Dylan Jason Squires of Ft. Worth, Texas; his mother, Brenda Pope Rackley; one brother, Larry Wayne Rackley and sister, Alicia Michelle Rackley, both of Little Rock. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. (501) 982-2136.
