William Cecil, age 78, of Cove, passed away Sunday, August 04, 2013 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Memorial services will be Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 5 p.m. at Penuel Assembly of God in Hatfield with Brother Cecil Willis officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
