JOYCE DAILEY, 65, of Little Rock, passed away on Aug. 14. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; mother, Georgia Beard; siblings, Elmer Lee Beard, Erma Mae Beard and Marvin Bryce. She leaves to cherish her memories, sisters, Mary and Marie Beard; brothers, Henry Lee Young and Robert Young; children, Jeffery Dailey (Lanessa), Janet Dailey Scott (Stanley); six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and a special friend, Donald Moses; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013 11 a.m. at St. Andrew AME Church. 3003 Bishop St. Little Rock, Ark. The family will receive friends Friday, Aug. 23, from 6 til 7 at the funeral home.
