Betty Sue Walker

Betty Sue Walker, 78, of Jacksonville died Sunday, August 25, 2013. She was born February 8, 1935 in Ward to the late Guy and Lizzie Mayfield Cook. Mrs. Walker was a 55 year member of Landmark Baptist Church and she enjoyed camping. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Lee Walker and sisters, Norene Phillips and Opal Woodiel. Mrs. Walker is survived by her daughter, Phyllis McCann of Mabelvale; her grandson, Edward Walker; two great granddaughters, Grace and Victoria Walker and a great-great-grandson Bradley McCann as well as a dear friend, Helen Shirley. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2013 in the chapel of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with burial following at Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
