Anna Clare De Clerk Keltner, 62 of Sherwood, died Monday, August 26, 2013. Clare was born November 27, 1950 to Dr. Thomas De Clerk and the late Ula De Clerk. She is also preceded in death by sister, Celine Adams. Clare graduated from St. Vincent's School of Nursing in Little Rock and St. Paul's Catholic High School in Pocahontas. She cared for many patients while working at St. Vincent's Hospital, Baptist Memorial Hospital, Baptist North Hospital and Arkansas Surgical Hospital. She had a love for all animals, especially her dogs and chickens, and loved being outdoors camping, boating and fishing. She was a member of the Little Rock Dog Training Club. Clare is survived by her loving husband, Tom Keltner, her daughter, Kristie Stamey and husband Chris of Memphis, Tenn., and grandson, Nicholas Stamey. She is also survived by her father, Dr. Thomas De Clerk and wife Kathleen of Pocahontas; brothers and sisters, Bernadine Cox and Ed of Durango, Colo., Susan Rice of Jacksonville, Diane Burnham and Jim of Dallas, Texas, Tom De Clerk and Phyllis of Maumelle, Martha Dust and Buck of Sherwood, Celeste Adams and John of Georgetown, Texas and Charles De Clerk and Jo of Pocahontas; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Memorials can be made to the Humane Society. A private service will be held at Arkansas Funeral Care in Jacksonville.
