Sharon Lee King, 70, of East Camden, born June 30, 1943, passed away on Nov. 15, 2013. She was a loving housewife and was a member of various veteran's associations. She was a past alderman for several years in East Camden and served with various charities both local and statewide. Sharon loved her flower gardens, her "sun-room" and her many cactus plants. She always shared her plant growth with many, many friends and neighbors. She also really loved her little buddy Kava. She was preceded in death by parents, Walter and Helen Smith; aunts, Erma and Dorthea and uncle, Bud. Sharon is survived by her husband, Lester King. She is also survived by daughter, Michelle Lynn King; siblings, Paul Smith and Gayle Turner; nieces/nephews, Tina and children, Leslie and Stephen and children, Nancy and W.B. Emanis; and numerous other friends literally worldwide. Memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 2 at Arkansas Veteran's Cemetery. Following services at the Veterans Cemetery a short dedication "Celebration of Life" will be held at Arkansas VFW state headquarters, 4210 Kiehl Ave, Sherwood, Ark.
