Steven Eugene Rice

Steven Eugene Rice, age 49, of Bald Knob, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013 in Searcy. He was born April 3, 1964 in Searcy to William J. "Bill" Rice and Wanda Langley Rice-Lubker. He is survived by his mother, Wanda Lubker of Bald Knob; father, Bill Rice of Kensett; grandmother, Mary Latch of McRae; two nephews, William Rice of Hanover, Pa., Justin Rice of Bradford, Ark.; aunts; uncles; cousins; special friend, Melanie Davis; and many other friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Thomas Rice; grandparents, Press Gene Langley, Richard and Opal Rice; step-grandfather, Adrian Latch; and step-father, Herman Lubker. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013 at Bald Knob First United Methodist Church. Visitation will follow the service.
