Kenneth Ken Prince

Kenneth (Ken) Prince, 68, of Benton passed away November 27, 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. He was taken gently into Heaven with his loving family by his side. He was born September 15, 1945, to J.R. and Dorothy Rayburn Prince in Newark Arkansas. Graduated in 1962 from Benton High School. After business school, he was a successful business man. Ken was a member of Parkview Methodist Church. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. Ken was preceded in death by his son Todd Prince, brother Ronnie Prince, and his parents. He is survived by his wife and best friend of 25 years, Susan Sharp Prince, daughters, Kelley Newcomb (Scott) and Jodi Vittitow, stepchildren, Rhonda Cooper and Ron Oliver, sisters, Joyce Morrison, Mary Kohler (Jim), Annette Nutt (John), and Kathy Ballard (Ronnie), much loved mother-in-law, Dee Sharp, nine beautiful grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and his devoted, furry companion, Buffy. Celebration of Life open house will be from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, December 7th at 3310 Frendall, Benton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saline Hospice in Bryant.
