Marchell Denise Smock

Marchell "Shelly" Denise Smock, 58, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013. Born August 16, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Frank Jansen and Josephine (Jansen) Wolf. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Steve Smock; two daughters, Sara Jones (Larry) of Benton, Arkansas, and Tish Prud'homme (Andy) of Alexander, Arkansas and two grandchildren, Adam and Andi Marie. Memorial services will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Shelly loved cooking, taking care of her family, and keeping up with friends and loved ones on Facebook. She was strong in her faith and a devoted member of the Catholic Church. She will be remembered as "Mammy" to those who loved and adored her.
