David Lee Mercer

David Lee Mercer, 61 of Springdale, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013. David was born October 30, 1952 in North Little Rock to the late Herchel and Jessie Mae (Carter) Mercer. He is also preceded in death by brothers, Johnny Mercer and Paul Steven Mercer Sr. Mr. Mercer served in the US Marine Corp and was a member of Cedar Heights Church in NLR. He is survived by extended family Mike Wyatt, Buzz Ayers, Doug Decker, Robert Katowich, and Brenda Katowich. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main St., Jacksonville. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Morgan Full Gospel Church, NLR. Burial will follow at Palestine Cemetery. www.arkansasfuneralcare.com.
