Marsha Nell Holloway Henry, age 69, of Little Rock, passed away on December 4, 2013, following a courageous battle with cancer. Her strength, perseverance and loyalty to her loved ones served as an inspiration to those around her. May she rest in peace. Marsha was born on October 31, 1944 in Crossett, Ark. and was of the Baptist faith. She was a graduate of Henderson State University and was a member of Delta Zeta sorority. She worked as an office manager for a local physician for many years and was most recently employed with Windstream. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew F. Henry, III; parents, Heard and Lorene Holloway; and a sister, Marietta Holloway Farrar. She is survived by a niece, Lisa Farrar Grantham and husband Ronald of Farmerville, La.; nephew, David Farrar and wife Romaine and one great-niece, Annamari Farrar all of Farmerville, La.; and very special friends, Pam and John Shaw of Mayflower, Ark. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Francis Jones, caregiver, for going above and beyond to provide such loving support and care during Marsha's final days. Also, we would like to thank Marsha's friends and neighbors for their prayers, visits, food and phone calls during Marsha's illness. Your kindness, concern and generosity have meant so much to all of us. We also appreciate the services of Arkansas Hospice. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 5, at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, Ark. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice.
