Bulear Mae Carter, 90, of North Little Rock, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2013. She leaves to cherish her memory; children, Sylvester Chandler, and Savannah Brooks (Cecil); one sister, Carrie Mae Ravery; 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 9, 2013, 11:00am at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1200 Hanger Street. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
