MICHAEL TIMOTHY JOE HINES, 62, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away on Dec. 2, 2013. His survivors include: brother, Leonard Ray Nichols; sister, Gracie Mae Nichols; nephew, Keith Flannigan; niece, Tameka Flannigan; four great nieces and nephews, Kevin James, Lauren, Erica and Eric. Home going services will be Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, 11 a.m., at Greater New Hope Baptist Church, 4111 Boyd Street, Little Rock, Ark.
