Mr. Percy Bell, 96, of Pine Bluff, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012. Services will be Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013 at Almeta Baptist Church in Dumas, by Rev. Lecester Bell at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Curtis Hall Cemetery by Pickens by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
