Roy Lloyd Roberts

Roy Lloyd Roberts, 72, of Conway, went to be with the Lord, January 2, 2013. Roy L. Roberts was born May 12, 1940 to James and Eunice (Hall) Roberts at Hattieville, Ark. He was united in marriage to Rosalee Ellis on September 5, 1970 at Little Rock. He loved to fish. He was a faithful member of Gap Mission Church and was generous volunteering his time to anyone who needed help. Survivors include his wife, Rosalee Roberts of Conway; son, Michael Roberts of Conway; sisters, Ruby (Sammy) Herring of Bigelow and Mary Edwards of Villa Hills, Ky.; a brother, Danny (Martha) Roberts of Mabelvale, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Jimmy Roberts. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Gap Mission Church with Pastor Jarla Collier officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Ark. Visitation will be from 3 until 5 p.m. on Sunday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home (801 8th Ave.) in Conway.
