Betty Isbell McMillan, 76, of Little Rock, passed away January 4, 2013. Visitation will be Monday, January 7 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Tuesday, January 8 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
