BETTY ISBELL MCMILLAN, 76, of Little Rock, passed away Jan. 4, 2013. She was born in Snake Island, Ark. to Fred and Helen Nation Isbell and retired from AT&T. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, BoJack Isbell, and her husband of 39 years, Carroll Lee McMillan, she is survived by sons, Billy "BJ" Hamlin and wife, Peggy of Benton and Fred McMillan and wife, Marlo of Bryant; stepdaughters, Karen Renee Harper and husband, Bobby of Glendale and Gwenna Kay Barber and husband, Ronnie of Pine Bluff; brother, LeBert Isbell of Tallulah, La.; six grandchildren, Joseph Hamlin and wife, April, Jessica McMillan, Reuel Cruce and wife, Kelsey, Allison Birch and husband, Matthew, Linzy Taylor and Savanna Barber; and five great-grandchildren, Ethan Cruce, Elijah Cruce, Brett Birch, Eddy Grace Birch and Joseph Bradley Hamlin II. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to bowl and was passionate about the Miami Heat and the Arkansas Razorbacks. We will always cherish the memories and the love we shared together. Visitation will be Monday evening, Jan. 7, from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.) Services will be Tuesday, Jan. 8 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
