Henrietta Weaver

Henrietta Weaver, age 84, of Pleasant Plains, died Monday, January 7, 2013 in Cabot. She was born March 11, 1928 in Denmark, Arkansas to Luther Harris and Ethel Jones Harris. She was a homemaker and a very devout Christian woman. She is survived by eight children, Lavada Barnett and husband Charles of Jacksonville, Gary Hatfield and wife Judy of Bradford, Silas Hatfield and wife Betty of Searcy, Mike Hatfield and wife Lou of Greenville, Tennessee, Leonard Hatfield of Pleasant Plains, Junior Hatfield and wife Patricia of Pleasant Plains, Donna McGehee and husband Gary of Pleasant Plains, James Weaver and wife Kelly of Pleasant Plains; two sisters, Lorene Bonham of Bradford, Irene Rickett of Pleasant Plains; one brother, Harold Dean Harris and wife Wilma of Kokomo, Indiana; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Ethel Harris; one daughter, Rita Passmore; two husbands, John L. Hatfield, Jim Weaver; two brothers, Leon Harris, Acey Harris; and two sisters, Ruth Alexander and Eunice Dixon. Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Puttman Cemetery. Arrangements by Powell Funeral Home of Bald Knob. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
