William Anthony Griep

William "Mr. Bill" Anthony Griep 78, of Hot Springs, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013. He was born June 29, 1934 in Bevier, Missouri to Lawrence Griep and Ethel Kreuger Griep. William worked for AT&T as a General Manager for 32 years. He was also a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Barbara Sue Griep, two daughters, Valerie (Gary) Gabbert of Blue Springs, Missouri, and Julie (Scott) Luton of Carl Junction, Missouri; one son Douglas Griep of Garland, Texas; three granddaughters, Sarah (Matt) Gabbert-Brown, Laura Gabbert, and Jordan Luton, two grandsons, Jackson Luton and Benjamin Luton; one great-grandson that is due any day, one sister, Linda (Raynor) Griep Smart of Keaney, Missouri; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial memorial service will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2 p.m. Guest register at www.grossfuneralhome.com.
