Mildred Janice Fenney

Mildred Janice Fenney, 81, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on January 7, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.C. Fenney. Survivors include: three children, Fred Heggs, Frank Heggs and Karen Smith; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and numerous cousins. Home going services will be on Saturday, January 12, 2013, 11 a.m. Viewing will be 10-11 a.m. prior to service, both services at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home Chapel, 1200 Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305. Interment will be on Monday, January 14, 2013, 10 a.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 Maryland Ave., NLR, Ark.
