Charles Schlesier

Charles A. Schlesier, 80, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013. He worked previously for Pulaski County Road and Bridge. He was self-employed and retired after many years from his business, where he was a carpet installer and repairman. He was known to many as "The Carpet Man." He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Schlesier; daughters, Cathy Schlesier of Conway and Cheryl Laws of Little Rock; son, Tim Schlesier of Little Rock; grandchildren, Michael, Heather, Courtney, Jeremiah and Jacob; two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Lura Schlesier and four brothers. A visitation will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.
