Sarah Elizabeth Swicegood Allison was born July 26, 1951, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and went to be with her Lord January 14, 2013, Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Sarah is survived by her husband Ron of 39 years, her son Ronnie and his wife Kristina who is expecting their first daughter in May, her son Clay, his wife Ashley, and their daughters Ava and Londyn, all of Hot Springs, her brother Bill Swicegood and his wife Sandy of Lonoke, and a family that loves her and will miss her every day. Sarah was predeceased by her parents, Bill and Nina Swicegood. Sarah grew up in North Little Rock and graduated high school there. She graduated with a B.S.E. in Education from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She taught high school business at Delaplaine and at Pulaski Academy in Little Rock. After moving to Hot Springs, Sarah got her real estate license, formed a real estate company with her husband Ron, and has been active in timeshare sales. Sarah has been a resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas for over 30 years. She loved Lake Hamilton even as a child and was happiest and most at peace on the lake. She drew strength just looking at Lake Hamilton from her back deck. Sarah derived the most joy from spending time with her granddaughters, Ava and Londyn. Pallbearers will be Wes Splawn, Charlie Oseguera, Trent Tucker, Austen Baldwin, Michael Delgado, and John Bettis. Service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
