Juanita Waldrop

Juanita Lorraine Waldrop ("Maw"), 85, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2013. Juanita was born on October 14, 1927. Known affectionately as "Maw," she was an amazing artist, had a generous spirit and never met a stranger. Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Margie Curtis and her husband, Fred J. Waldrop. She is survived by her sister, Hazel (Jack), her children, Terry Waldrop (Debbie), Scott Waldrop (Deana), Margie Peckat (Duane) and Alice Elmore, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and numerous other loved ones. In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations are made to Lonoke Exceptional Development Center, PO Box 980, Lonoke, Arkansas, 72086. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 20th, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road in North Little Rock with a funeral service on Monday, January 21st at 2 p.m at the funeral home. www.griffinleggettresthills.com.
